The project
This modern single-story villa represents the perfect harmony of a shared vision. Designed jointly by DICE ARCHI and Alliance Architecture, this residence favors a connection with the earth over height.
For this modern single-story villa, we chose a warm palette. Instead of cold white, we opted for taupe tones and natural wood that soften the geometric lines. The house thus feels like a natural extension of the landscape.
The architecture plays with shadow and light. The overhanging roofs shield from the sun while large glass openings let the living space open onto the garden. It is a home designed for living both indoors and out.
