The project
This modern residential villa is the result of a seamless creative collaboration. Designed jointly by DICE ARCHI and Alliance Architecture, it reflects a shared commitment to geometric clarity and elegance.
The character of this modern residential villa is defined by its interlocking forms. Immaculate white volumes float above textured stone walls, creating a striking contrast. We used vertical louvers not only for style, but also to filter sunlight and ensure privacy for the interior spaces.
The material palette is simple but powerful. The smooth white render contrasts perfectly with the warm travertine stone. Lighting plays a key role, highlighting these textures at nightfall to anchor the house in its surroundings.
