This Modern Stone Villa showcases the strength of collaborative design. Specifically, DICE ARCHI and Alliance Architecture jointly created this residence. We worked together from the initial concept sketches to the final 3D visualization. Consequently, the project balances robust materiality with clean architectural lines.
A Composition of Textures The design distinguishes itself through bold material contrast. In this project, we paired pristine white render with heavy, textured grey stone cladding. Together, we decided to use the stone to anchor the main living volumes. Furthermore, warm wood siding adds a layer of softness to the entrance and window reveals. As a result, the façade feels grounded and permanent, yet welcoming.
Interlocking Geometry Moreover, the massing plays with solid geometric forms. The grey stone block interlocks with the white “L” shape frame. In this visualization, we highlighted how these volumes push and pull to create depth. For instance, the roof overhangs provide natural shading for the large glass openings. Simultaneously, the low boundary wall extends the architecture into the landscape. Thus, the villa commands presence on the street while maintaining a low-profile elegance.
Unified Design Vision Ultimately, this residence proves that two studios can think as one. Alliance Architecture contributed to the spatial flow. DICE ARCHI refined the exterior proportions and lighting. Therefore, the final result is a seamless fusion of our combined expertise. It is a home defined by strength, simplicity, and tactile beauty.
