This Modern Single-Story Villa represents the harmony of a shared design philosophy. Specifically, DICE ARCHI and Alliance Architecture jointly designed this residence. We worked together to create a home that feels deeply connected to its environment. Consequently, the architecture prioritizes horizontal grounding over vertical dominance.
A Composition of Warmth We intentionally moved away from stark white minimalism for this project. Instead, the co-design team selected a palette of warm taupe, beige, and natural timber. In this visualization, we highlighted how these earth tones soften the geometric lines. Furthermore, the structure features a central vertical element that anchors the façade. However, the overall massing remains low and inviting. Thus, the home feels like a natural extension of the landscape rather than an imposition upon it.
Defined by Linearity Moreover, the design creates a rhythm of solids and voids. We integrated deep recessed windows and projecting roof planes. Therefore, the façade naturally shades itself from the harsh midday sun. Simultaneously, the large glass openings blur the boundary between the interior living spaces and the garden. As a result, the residents experience a constant visual connection to the outdoors.
Unified Expertise Ultimately, this residence showcases the versatility of our partnership. Alliance Architecture brought spatial expertise to the layout. DICE ARCHI refined the volumetric proportions and visualized the final atmosphere. Together, we delivered a cohesive vision of modern living that is both sophisticated and warmly habitable.
