This Modern Residential Villa is the result of a seamless creative partnership. Specifically, DICE ARCHI and Alliance Architecture jointly designed the architecture. We collaborated from the initial massing studies to the final material selection. Consequently, the project reflects a shared commitment to geometric clarity and functional elegance.
Sculpting the Volume A play of interlocking solids defines the building’s character. Together, we crafted a composition where pristine white volumes float above and intersect with grounded, textured planes. For instance, the vertical louvers on the upper left are not just decorative. Instead, they break the visual weight of the facade while filtering sunlight for the interior. Furthermore, the design team introduced a deep recess on the right. This creates a shadowed balcony that offers privacy without sacrificing the connection to the outdoors.
Material Contrast Moreover, the co-design process focused heavily on texture. We selected a palette that balances temperature. Specifically, the cool, smooth white render contrasts sharply with the warm, horizontal bands of travertine-style stone. In this visualization, we highlighted how the wall-grazing lights accentuate the stone’s tactile surface at dusk. Thus, the building feels anchored to the earth yet light against the sky.
A Unified Standard Ultimately, this project demonstrates the strength of collaboration. Alliance Architecture and DICE ARCHI merged their technical and artistic strengths. Therefore, the final design creates a sophisticated home that is both a private sanctuary and a bold public statement.
