This Modern Perfume Academy project represents a fusion of academic ambition and professional polish. An aspiring architecture student originally conceived this immersive educational space. Subsequently, DICE ARCHI applied advanced 3D visualization techniques to bring the olfactory concept to life.
Visualizing the Scent Trail The defining feature of this interior is the ceiling design. In this visualization, we highlighted how the undulating, wave-like louvers mimic the invisible path of scent moving through the air. Consequently, the room feels fluid and dynamic, creating a sensory rhythm that ripples from the entrance to the back of the hall. The student intended for the architecture to “breath,” and our rendering emphasizes this airy quality against the solid structural elements.
A Dialogue of Eras Furthermore, the design successfully bridges classical and contemporary styles. Massive fluted columns anchor the space, recalling ancient temples. However, the student updated this classical language by integrating modern, transparent display cases into the columns’ bases. Simultaneously, the high-contrast black and white marble flooring creates a sharp geometric pathway. Thus, the floor pattern guides visitors directly toward the central olfactory altar, creating a clear hierarchy of movement.
The Temple of Fragrance Ultimately, this space serves as a sanctuary for the senses. The lighting design accentuates the gold details and the texture of the marble, creating an atmosphere of clinical precision mixed with high luxury. Through this collaboration, DICE ARCHI demonstrates how high-end visualization transforms a student’s blueprint into a compelling, photorealistic environment.
