This Modern Office Façade shows the power of teamwork. Designed jointly by DICE ARCHI and Alliance Architecture, this project blends two distinct styles into one strong identity.
The heart of this Modern Office Façade is the large geometric “X” made of wood. It lights up to break the solid look of the grey concrete, making the building feel warm and inviting. We balanced these strong materials to create a look that is both professional and bold.
Function is just as important as style. We added slated screens to protect the lower meeting rooms from street noise, while the upper terraces open up to the sky for fresh air. It is a seamless transition from the busy street to a focused workspace.
